Terms of service

Last updated: May 26, 2026. By creating an account or using the widget you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password and API key safe. If you suspect either has leaked, regenerate your API key from the project settings and reset your password.

Acceptable use

Don't use Flarekit to send unsolicited bulk mail (CAN-SPAM / GDPR / CASL).
Don't publish content that's illegal in your jurisdiction or ours (Germany).
Don't reverse engineer the service or attempt to break our rate limits.

Payments and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel any time from the billing portal — your subscription stays active until the end of the current period. We refund pro-rated amounts on request within 14 days of charge.

Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it on the MVP. Status updates at /healthz.

Termination

We can suspend accounts that violate the acceptable-use policy. You can delete your account from your profile any time.

Liability

Flarekit is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes go to the courts of Berlin.
